DPC rollers
Precision-machined rollers and roller assemblies that run true under continuous plant duty.
Overview
Rollers carry, guide and move material through a plant, often around the clock. A roller that runs out of true wears its bearings, damages the material it carries and stops the line.
SNT manufactures DPC rollers and roller assemblies to customer drawing. Body, journals and bearing seats are machined in-house, and rollers can be supplied as complete sub-assemblies.
What matters
What makes a roller run true.
Concentricity & runout
Body and journals machined on one axis so the roller runs true at speed.
Journal and bearing seats
Seats sized and finished to the drawing for the right bearing fit.
Surface & hardness
Body surface and any hardness requirement matched to the material the roller carries.
Balance and straightness
Long rollers held straight so they do not whip or vibrate in service.
