Do you make replacement parts for running plants?
Yes. We make components to drawing for operating plants as well as for equipment makers and plant builders. Send the drawing with material and quantity.
Which materials are typical for steel plant parts?
It depends on the duty. Shafts and gears often use EN19 or EN24, rollers and sprockets EN8 or EN9, and housings SG iron or cast steel. We always follow the grade on your drawing.
Can you supply rollers and bearing blocks as assemblies?
Yes. We build sub-assemblies with the bearings, seals and fasteners you specify.
Can you send inspection reports with the parts?
Yes. List the reports you need in your enquiry and we will plan for them.
