01
Design & engineering
In-house design, engineering and automation let us swiftly introduce new products. We review every drawing for manufacturability, plan the route and build the fixtures and automation that make repeat batches consistent.
- Drawing and design review
- New product development
- Fixtures and automation for repeat batches

02
Forging
Forging gives components a sound grain flow and the strength to take shock loads. We produce high-strength forged parts and forged blanks that are then machined to finish.
- High-strength forged parts
- Forged blanks for machining
- Parts for heavy, shock-loaded duty

03
Precision machining
Leveraging in-house expertise and cutting-edge technology, we machine complex precision components: bores, journals, faces, splines, keyways and hole patterns to the drawing.
- Turning and milling
- Bores, journals and bearing seats
- Keyways, splines and hole patterns
04
Sub-assembly
We have moved from individual parts to designing and building entire sub-assemblies. Customers receive ready-to-fit assemblies and deal with one accountable supplier.
- Bearing and roller assemblies
- Fitted bearings, seals and fasteners
- One supplier instead of several
05
Quality & inspection
Every component is inspected against the drawing before dispatch, so parts fit first time and batches stay interchangeable.
- Inspection against the drawing
- Batch-to-batch consistency
- Inspection documents on request
