What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our forms we receive what you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, industry, quantities, your message, any drawing or file you attach, and whether you agreed to receive communication from us.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data for every visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. This is used to run and secure the website.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and follow up on orders.
- To send you information about our products and services, only if you ticked the consent box. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To keep the website running and protect it from misuse.
Drawings and technical data
Drawings and technical information you send are used only to evaluate, quote and manufacture your parts. We do not publish them or share them with other customers.
Cookies and third-party services
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the contact page shows an embedded Google Map. When your browser loads these, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies according to Google's privacy policy.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Enquiry emails pass through our email and hosting providers, who process them on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business relationship, and longer where the law requires us to keep records.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to marketing, in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Write to sntcr.mkt@sntcreativeengineering.com.
